ORDERING – You can place an order simply by selecting items and adding them to the web shop cart and following the check-out instructions. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Free shipping on orders over €99, – We charge a flat fee per order for handling and shipping. Shipping costs are €4,95 for the Netherlands, € 9,95 for Europe (EU), €11,95 for the United Kingdom (UK), or €14,95 for other countries. Customers ordering a total of over €99, – will receive free extra seeds and free shipping!

Cannabis seeds can be send to the United Kingdom and countries within the European Union. It is NOT possible to send cannabis seeds to most countries outside Europe.

PAYMENT – We accept bank payments. With the information provided upon completing your order, you can transfer the amount due into our account using online banking or your banking app. NOTE: When paying by bank transfer, please make sure to use the IBAN number and SWIFT/BIC code where appropriate, and INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER (Order ID).

DELIVERY – Orders are processed and sent within 24 hours after receiving payment. You can follow your shipment with the provided track number, and also through your Ceres Seeds account on our website. Sometimes a certain item will take longer to ship due to a particular reason. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Orders are shipped in unobtrusive protective packaging with a track number. There is no logo or advertising on the envelope.
